Josiah Cain brings a diverse background in ecological
landscape design to his position directing the Pt. Reyes office of Rana
Creek Living Architecture. With sustainable design degrees from UC Davis
and Harvard, Josiah’s certifications provide Rana Creek’s
clients with a refined approach to ecological design.
Before
joining Rana Creek, Josiah owned and operated a sustainable landscape
design/build firm, working throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His
focus for over 15 years has been on flagship outdoor environments dedicated
to ecological protocol. His firm was considered ‘visionary’ as
Josiah applied principles of landscape architecture, permaculture, and
systems theory to public and private landscape spaces.
Josiah
is highly skilled in transforming design into eco-effective methods
for
the green building industry. Participating in each stage of project development
from inception to installation, he works to ensure a balance of ecological
innovation and tested results. |
