Meta-disciplinary

The last element of “Surpassibility” is that the design team must share more than their individual technical expertise – the process we refer to as, “interdisciplinary”. They must also share a language and a vision that connects the humanly conceived to the fruits of evolution. This is a process I refer to as, “Meta-disciplinary”.

Evolution is the most complex purposeful mysterious act of creating and maintaining life, that no degree of mechanistic science can never fully explain. We should approach designing with evolving life as a partner full of awe and wonder.
